Excercise Without Supplementation is Suicide

I've been doing a lot of research over the past month to try to figure out what nutrients I need as an athlete to not only help my performance, but to also help me live longer. I was literally shocked as to what I found. It turns out the average life expectancy of American's is only 75.5, for Doctor's it is only 58, and for Professional Athletes it is just over 62. That didn't make sense to me since exercise is supposed to be good for you, but after reading more about why this is, it makes sense now. As Dr. Joel Wallach put it, "Exercise without supplementation is like suicide".
